Company Profile
EMPLOYEE OWNED
At its inception in 1993, ET’s core markets were the solid waste/recycling, environmental remediation, and brownfields development industries. Over the years, ET has grown and progressed into several diverse market sectors that include biogas and renewable energy, infrastructure and transportation, oil and gas, food and beverage, manufacturing, and water/wastewater.
In 2016, ET transitioned from a management-owned company to a 100% employee-owned organization through the establishment of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This milestone reinforced the company’s long-standing commitment to investing in its people by providing every employee with a direct stake in ET’s continued success. The ESOP has strengthened a culture of shared ownership, accountability, and collaboration, empowering employees to think and act like owners while exemplifying ET’s core values of Relationships, Accountability, Integrity, Safety, and Expertise (RAISE). Today, employee ownership remains a defining characteristic of ET’s culture and a key driver of the exceptional service and innovative solutions the company delivers to its clients.
Over 30 years of results.
Founded on the principles of combining innovative engineering services with proven construction management systems, ET provides clients with a single point of contact from the earliest stages of project inception through final completion and beyond. While there are numerous design firms and many construction management firms, the combination of in-house design/build capabilities is something that few firms possess. This method of project delivery provides seamless communication and integrated project coordination which is beneficial to clients, often resulting in projects that are completed faster and with less cost.
