Current Project:
I’m currently managing the design for CNG fueling projects in Oakland, CA, Redding, CA and Gilbert, AZ, with construction about to start on additional CNG projects in Lodi, CA and Oakland, CA. Each project is unique, and these particular projects range in scope from designing CNG infrastructure to fuel 30 vehicles, to designing CNG infrastructure to fuel a fleet of 196 vehicles.
What’s your favorite part about working at ET?
ET’s projects offer constant variety, in a fast paced, team driven environment. It’s never dull!
What are your favorite hobbies or pastimes?
I enjoy snowboarding, mountain biking, whitewater kayaking, mountain climbing, and surfing. That last one is hard to do in the mountains of Idaho, but I try to get on a surfboard once a year.
What are three of your favorite things (of any kind)?
Layne (age 3), Taylor (age 1.5) and my third daughter due 11/24/14, yet to be named!
What three words best describe you?
At this time in my life: Busy. Dad. Did I mention busy?
Do you have a favorite song, movie, book, or quote?
One of my favorite songs actually contains one of my favorite quotes. “If you’ve never stared off into the distance, then your life is a shame” – Counting Crows, “Mrs. Potter’s Lullaby”. The song reminds me of my wife, the quote reminds me of wanderlust and the thirst for adventure.
If you won the lottery, what would you do?
I’d be off traveling with my family, giving my wife and kids endless days filled with adventure and memories.
What’s one thing on your bucket list?
I want to visit the highest geological point of all 50 states. To date, I have done 26 of them. Some were easy, some were difficult, but all were memorable.
