DENVER EAST MATERIALS RECOVERY FACILITY, HAULING COMPANY, AND CNG FUELING

Design-build services for a new greenfield project in unincorporated Arapahoe County, CO. The project consists of a new 84,000-sf Material Recovery Facility (MRF), a new 31,000-sf Hauling Company building, and new CNG truss fueling infrastructure for up to 128 collection trucks. The project also includes all required utility infrastructure, frontage improvements, a new traffic signal, drainage, detention, and considerations for the Murphy Creek flood plain that passes through the site.
