Summary Description:
Provide project support to Project Managers and logistics support to Superintendents

Major Areas of Responsibility:
Project Start Up
- Request subcontractor Certificates of Insurance
- Arrange Corporate housing, car rentals and flights for Superintendents
- Obtain proof of renter’s insurance as required
Job Site Set Up
- Obtain quotes from rental vendors for job site trailers, portable toilets
- Ship safety equipment, trailer supplies and ET signage as needed
Construction
- Prepare, process, distribute, follow up, track and file Contract Documents
- Professional Service Agreements
- Professional Service Agreement – Change Order
- Bare Rental Agreements
- Subcontractor Work Orders
- Purchase Orders
- Agreement Information Letters
- Process Invoices and Applications for Payment
- Ensure we have COI and W-9’s from subcontractors and vendors – Verify accuracy
- Develop and maintain Project Subcontractor Log for tracking
- Contract Agreements
- Subcontractor Insurance
- Agreement Change Orders
- Invoices
- Track and ensure that proper ET Environmental and Subcontractor documents are in place, prior to starting and during the work, such as:
- Executed Contract Documents
- ET’s Health & Safety Plan
- ET and Subcontractor Insurance Certificates
- Subcontractor W-9’s
- Prepare and process contract Close Out Documents at the end of a project
Miscellaneous
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic files
- Manage safety equipment inventory
