Summary Description:

Provide project support to Project Managers and logistics support to Superintendents

Major Areas of Responsibility:

    Project Start Up

    • Request subcontractor Certificates of Insurance
    • Arrange Corporate housing, car rentals and flights for Superintendents
    • Obtain proof of renter’s insurance as required

    Job Site Set Up

    • Obtain quotes from rental vendors for job site trailers, portable toilets
    • Ship safety equipment, trailer supplies and ET signage as needed


    • Prepare, process, distribute, follow up, track and file Contract Documents
      • Professional Service Agreements
      • Professional Service Agreement – Change Order
      • Bare Rental Agreements
      • Subcontractor Work Orders
      • Purchase Orders
      • Agreement Information Letters
    • Process Invoices and Applications for Payment
    • Ensure we have COI and W-9’s from subcontractors and vendors – Verify accuracy
    • Develop and maintain Project Subcontractor Log for tracking
      • Contract Agreements
      • Subcontractor Insurance
      • Agreement Change Orders
      • Invoices
    • Track and ensure that proper ET Environmental and Subcontractor documents are in place, prior to starting and during the work, such as:
      • Executed Contract Documents
      • ET’s Health & Safety Plan
      • ET and Subcontractor Insurance Certificates
      • Subcontractor W-9’s
    • Prepare and process contract Close Out Documents at the end of a project


    • Set up and maintain paper and electronic files
    • Manage safety equipment inventory
